What can I say about the service of Downunder Welcome – Fantastic! They made our transition in Kiwi life a breeze. We were met at the airport, had our PO Box sorted out, and some fantastic accommodation arranged for us. If they tell you about an apartment or B & B amongst the olive groves in Ohoka and you need a place to stay short term, take it! You wont be disappointed. Hosts Jackie and Dave made us feel really welcome. We have been here 12 months now and love NZ; we can't thank Downunder Welcome enough for the great start they gave us.

Sometimes it's not just the important things that count, it's the little things too. Yes they did organise accommodation for us, and yes they did make sure we had a PO Box set up to receive mail, and yes they always replied to our countless emails about locations, houses, schools etc. They did all that and a lot more. However the main thing that sticks in my mind is when we landed in Christchurch after our impossibly long journey and there was Nicola – our own consultant waiting for us with her huge hug, flowers and a beaming smile. The support that she gave us in those early days really was priceless. It's so reassuring to have someone like Nicola around. I always find her to be really positive and full of energy - she gives honest, accurate straightforward advice - and that's exactly the kind of help that new migrants need.

We are writing to thank you for the service we received when emigrating to New Zealand in August last year. From our first contact while still in the UK we found the service to be both professional and friendly.

As we arrived at New Zealand it was fantastic to be met at the airport by a friendly face, and a car! The accommodation arranged was, as you know, a great start to our life here. All in all the service we received was the best start we could have hoped for, and has also meant that we have made some great friends.

Dowunder Welcome, helps people who are relocating to NZ and I would recommend them to anyone who is planning to come out here! Over the last few months they have been our only contact in NZ and have helped us to find our new home here. One of them went and checked out lots of new homes for us and then emailed the photo's so that we could pick the one we liked! It made relocating here so much easier and took alot of the stress out of it! When she met up with us last week she spent a good part of the day driving us around the area, showing us some of the best sights that the area has to offer - we soon realised how close the amazing scenery is to our city centre pad+ it cheered us up loads!
